Junglers spend their time in the early stages of the game farming minions in their team's Jungle. Their primary focus is to help Laners by attacking enemy Laners or deterring the opposing Jungler from doing the same. Ambitious Junglers will also venture onto the opponent's side of the map and take their Jungle minions for themselves.

A Mid Laner starts the game in the center of the map. Heroes here are typically capable of clearing minions waves with ease, then using this pressure to roam around the map and bring their lead elsewhere. They are most often adept at team fighting or picking off lone individuals.

Solo Laners take their place in the side lane adjacent to Orb Prime. They tend to be self-sufficient heroes who do not require significant help from the rest of their team. Solo Laners seek to dominate their lane as a lone wolf, or scale up safely to the late game in order to help their team.

At the beginning of the game a Support will look to protect their ADC as they scale throughout the game. They generally are not allocated resources and instead provide utility and safety to other members. As the game progresses, Supports look to provide protection and crowd control for the whole team.
